Ethics in Real Estate

Real estate professionals who have accepted membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR) and their local Association, Lorain County Association of REALTORS® (LoCAR) promise to adhere to a strict code of ethics in conducting any and all activities related to your sale or purchase of properties.

The guiding principle of ethics comes from the Latin primum non nocere, meaning first do no harm.
