NORMLS (Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service), which is this region's multiple listing service, features a website where open houses can be searched in a similar manner. Remember, NORMLS is an Internet based online advance technology system through which local member REALTORS® agree to share listing information.

Visitors to www.OhioOpenHouseFinder.com are asked to select criteria that matches their interests. The criteria include:

Property type - choices include single family, condominium, and single family and condominium.
Minimum price - range is from no minimum to $1,000,000
Maximum price - range is from no maximum to $1,000,000
County - choices include: Ashland, Ashtabula, Athens, Belmont, Brown, Butler, Carrol, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Erie, Gallia, Geauga, Guernsey, Hancock, Harrison, Holmes, Huron, Jefferson, Knox, Lake, Licking, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble, Other, Ottawa, Portage, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Stark, Summit, Trumball, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Wood.
