Foreclosure Prevention Workshop

Congresswoman Kaptur is sponsoring a foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation workshop on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The University of Toledo's Rocket Hall (located at the corner of Secor and Dorr).

Who should attend:
Individuals who are behind on their mortgage loan payments, or are in danger of falling behind. Nonprofit foreclosure prevention counselors, loan servicers, and legal aid attorneys will be at your service to help you work out your loan or mitigate your financial loss.

What you need to bring to the workshop:
1. Name of mortgage company and loan account number, found on billing statement
2. Recent income documents, which may include: Pay stubs, Benefit statements from Social Security, disability, unemployment, retirement, or public assistance, Tax returns or year-to-date profit and loss statement, if self-employed
3. List of household expenses
